Shipping and Delivery

All shipments are subject to availability. Standard orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within two business days, unless the products are on 'pre-order' status.

Express delivery is generally 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch for all metropolitan areas and 2-5 days for outer suburbs. Please note these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, they will depend on the destination

Parcels are shipped via Australia Post & nominated courier services. You will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment in order to determine its location.

Where possible, please provide shipping information to a street address rather than a PO Box as our courier service does not deliver to PO Boxes.

We will redeliver, replace or refund a parcel that is incorrectly addressed by us, but do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are incorrectly provided or insufficient.  

All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit.

Items marked “Bulky item” may incur extra shipping costs.

International Shipping

We are currently working on ways of sharing our online shopping experience with our international friends, but in the meantime if you are somewhere other than Australia and find something you must have in our store, please contact us via email at info@msmusa.com.au to discuss shipping options and availability. 

Refunds and Exchange Policy

On stocked items we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase with the original
proof of purchase

The item must be in original condition with no damage to the item or the packaging.

It is recommended that you use registered post or a trackable courier as we cannot accept responsibility
for items damaged or lost in transit to us.

Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge.  Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned
item is faulty.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on purchases of non-stocked or custom items.  This includes furniture, art, mirrors, lighting, rugs and cushions. 

Refunds will only be offered on these lines if the item is faulty. 

For items that are specially ordered - no cancellation will be accepted and no refunds provided

Should you receive an item that is faulty, please advise Ms Musa within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds may take
up to 3 business days to appear in your account.

No refund or exchange will be offered on sale items.

Ms Musa reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without notice.
